1. Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "baji life", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the baji life online gaming and sports betting platform. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered or is using the platform.

"Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, bingo and other gaming services provided by baji life. "Account" refers to a member's registered personal account on the platform.

"Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka in all instances. All monetary amounts mentioned in these terms are denominated in Bangladeshi currency.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on baji life and use its services. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform in any way. If the age provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

This platform operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from any region or country where online gaming and betting is prohibited under local law is strictly forbidden. Users are solely responsible for confirming the applicable laws in their own area.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts by the same person, or from the same device or IP address, will result in all associated accounts being closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. This includes full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. If any information is found to be false, incomplete or outdated, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

3.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, baji life may request identity documents, a national ID card or other verification documents at any time. If a member fails to provide the required documents within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be delayed or the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported to our support team immediately. If account credentials are shared with any third party, the member is solely responsible for any issues that arise as a result.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The currently approved deposit methods on baji life are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account quickly after completion. Deposits via any method other than the approved ones are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal requests can only be made to a registered payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

The relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any funds earned from a bonus. Full details of wagering requirements related to bonuses are given in Section 5. Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After the bonus is credited to the account, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Various ongoing promotions are available on the baji life platform. The weekly deposit gift offers a 50% deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000 with a 20x wagering requirement. The slots festival bonus offers a 30% deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳3,000 with a 25x wagering requirement. The cricket season deposit offer gives a 40% deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳4,000 with an 18x wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• A member may claim a bonus offer only once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• If any withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• baji life reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless it was accepted in error due to a technical fault. baji life's decision is final in determining the outcome of all bets. baji life reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or significantly delayed beyond its scheduled time, the relevant bet is generally declared void and the stake is refunded. However, specific rules may apply depending on the type of event.

6.3 Multi Bets

For multi bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If even one selection loses, the entire stake is lost. If any selection within a multi bet is cancelled, that selection is removed and the bet outcome is determined based on the remaining odds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji life platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's software without authorization.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Registering under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Using any dishonest method to influence the outcome of games on the platform.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Responsible Gaming

• If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
• If false information was provided at registration.
• If required identity verification documents are not provided within the specified time.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may inform our support team via live chat or email. All wagering requirements must be met and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

baji life is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages or internet connectivity issues. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

baji life is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming activity. Members use the platform at their own risk. In the case of faults in third-party game provider software, the relevant game provider's own rules will apply.
